I always wait till the blooms start drying to brown cut the stalk off and shake them into a a dry bag and fold it over set in a warm place,in a couple of weeks u should be able to open pods into envelope and seeds will come out. U want to ck during those 2 weeks and make sure the pods r browning completely and no mold has set up. It's still early enough that u can still start some though. You can also propagate them from stem cuttings.
