In Edinburgh's Royal Botanic Gardens, aka locally as 'The Botanics'. Loads of fabulous plants, but this one is so vivid it looks photoshopped even to the naked eye!
Hi, I think that's Lychnis Coronaria 'rose campion', I've got it in my garden, the colour is amazing, it almost glows off it 😊.
