Gosh that's one plant oh yes def sticking to cosmos dwarfs this would be far too big, i am going to just do lots of zinnias, cosmos sonata and nicotiana next year for front border as moving alot of the taller perennials from side border under front window so won't have as many gaps next year 😄 well that's my plan no doubt buy more plants to put in 😂😂

If you can find room for just one, to do it's thing, do. It's just flowers and flowers 😁 @Keely

@Keely your already thinking about next year. I was doing the same thing this morning!!! Those spider plants are one of my favorites I’m going to do a little corner with the purple and pink ones. I’ve been having to carefully watch the seed pods but it took mine a few weeks but when that pod seam gets a little yellow and I can see the bumps from the seeds ..... my seeds slid right out😊💕

Keely, if you're thinking of growing these next year, make sure you've enough space for them to perform fully. They are like a flowering shrubs given the chance. Mine have multiple flower stems and are huge! 😁 @Keely

I just keep cutting nicotiana back down to next shoot as I do like them shame they close during day though smell gawjus at night ordered the mic pink seeds for next year oppose to all green and will keep on top of nipping out so they don't take over 😁💓💚💓

This is how they should look! Big leafed, multiple flower heads on stems, not the tall spindly ones that I've grown before. I know they look like wacky bacci! 😂😂

I don't think it's that Jeff. Mine were sown and grown indoors like the previously year as I didn't have my greenhouse then! I just think maybe the seeds were old. These that successfully propagated were grown in my greenhouse and in record time compared to the 12 weeks they should take. Dud seeds I think 😊 @jeatacake

My seeds were picked off plants growing in Thailand when on holiday there last year. I did susoect though that most were too immature to grow.

There so pretty the flowers look a lot like the Guara flowers but this one looks nicer because there thick with flowers very pretty

Following epic failures from all the seeds sown in April, I tried again beginning of June. Managed 2! Apparently they take 12 weeks to become viable plants and flower, well think I've upset the apple cart with that one, as mine are about 18inches high with flower buds forming in less than 8 weeks! 😂😂😂

That's good going maybe sowing later in better weather helped them as mine did take about 12 weeks and only got 2 out of a dozen or so seeds 😣

I think it was my new greenhouse that did the trick! Did I tell you I'd got one?!😂😂😂😂 @Keely

I grew them easily last year without a greenhouse! Same conditions, I think it could have been the seeds this year. So I bought some more and they only produced 2! But hey! I love a challenge! 😂😂😂 @pianomojoe
