Monday's shrub is one of our favourites. Skimmia japonica reevesiana is a compact evergreen with delightfully fragrant leaves. . At this time of year, this first-rate plant is covered in fantastic showy red berries.

@ankur1406 the berries are purely ornamental and could cause a little discomfort if eaten - so definitely don't try one
