#hosta #plantain-lily #hosta-fire-and-ice I cannot believe this. Today I planted my new hosta where my raspberry ice hosta from last year had not returned. As my husband was digging there appears a bare root with a shoot. My raspberry sundae trying to survive. Potted it up right away. 🤞🤞🤞

It was lying on the ground after I had planted the new one so at first I did not know where it had come from. Lol. Never give up I guess is my lesson from this. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️😄

A lesson learned. My other hostas have been above ground for 2 weeks so I assumed this one was gone. The little stump where it had been was dried out and dead looking. It was just playing garden games with me. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ @ShelleySnyder
