Cleistocactus winteri subs. colademononis

I want to know what the name of this and more info on it

Looks like a type of graptosedum. It looks too wet. I would put those leaf propagations somewhere drier.

We were just talking about it. Mother in law gave to me and haven't seen one before. My husband just watered all plants but we were wondering why and what to do about health

This soil is much too organic. Cactus soil amended with pumice, decomposed granite or perlite is what succulents need to thrive. I can tell it's a succulent but beyond that I can't say until it grows.

Looks like a sempervivum.

I agree with @Frankenstank , also this plant needs more sunlight
