Poor thing knows it's main stem is dying so has sent up suckers from the base. Will have to cut the main stem as it's oozing from all over, a sad result of the awful frost we've had.

@pelly thanks a lot. It should survive from the shoots it's sending up from the base, will grow it as a multistemmed tree, which I actually think looks pretty cool anyway
