How do you take care of a sago palm

Its growing

New growth. Very exciting!!! Curious to see if it has the same accelerated growth that the last set had or if that was just caused by the increased access to new soul nutrients from repotting

Freshly clipped

Decided after much thought to give Sago a trimming. The new growth wasn't doing well and there was signs that it wants to start another set of leaf growth so it makes more sense to focus the energy towards that than the parts that were slowly failing. Moved him to my bedroom as well to keep the cat from bullying his stems. Silly kitten sagos could hurt you back.

This guy is growing like a monster. 💕💕💕💕 happy plants make me happy

I thought for sure this guy was so unhappy but now he is growing new growth and it grows so fast. It's fun to see it change from little soft stems to the seeing the side scales start to come out
