Are you supposed to leave these as they are dry? Or do you open them and re plant the seeds?
@Vickster85 I normally hold these dry pods and shake them on the area where you want to grow these poppies and live that area un disturb afterwards.
I remember when my granny used to make poppy seed cake...so delicious!
I usually use poppy seeds in the kitchen but is the first year that I grow this ones who wore black papaver or opium ones, reed about the edible ones and apparently all the papaver are edible but the best ones are the Hungarian bread papaver seeds @josy
@Vickster85 you don't need to open them, just sprinkle them in the area you want them as they are like little cruet's, I just did it because I was curious about the inside shape 😀
