One of my faves🤍 Mine is growing in a large pot, and has been there for at least 10 yrs. It's not faring too well now tho, I need to put it in the ground or re-pot it!!

They work really well together in a big trough planter. It needs to be a big planter for the star jasmine. It was a bit of a gamble but the star jasmine has been in the planter for a few years now and seems to be thriving 🙂 @kez001uk

Any #advice or #help would be much appreciated please. This is in a large planter but isn’t looking vey happy. It’s in a very sunny spot, east facing, peat free compost, container approx 100cm x 30cm. Any thoughts? #trachelospermum #trachelospermum-jasminoides

I have a very long hedge of these. Yours looks salvageable, they are very tough. Looks like it needs some iron and it should green up and bloom in warmer temps as well. 😊

My star jasmine looks similar but much worse, leaves very light green and very dry, some reddish brown, googled it and seems It has had too much water so have moved it into the green house to see if it picks up☹️😭😱

How about a clematis tangutica, they're very fast growing so you would need to keep it in check. They're evergreen too 👍

Thanks so much. I really like it Jane, particularly the yellow & the seed heads which follow. The only thing as you say is keeping on top of it due to its potential growth & I only need it to cover the one trellis panel. I love the idea of an evergreen clematis. I hadn’t realised they existed! Following your suggestion I’ve come across one which doesn’t grow so high, Clematis Avalanche? 🤔 A whole new world of possibilities has just opened up...evergreen clematis! @pelly

I have it together with ivy and i plan to add wisteria and some clematis, so there will be flowers from early spring to autumn @italydiva
