Try moving it to a bigger pot or dividing it and repotting in fresh compost. Might encourage it to flower.

Maybe needs a fertiliser specialising in flower production, something higher in phosporous, less in nitrogen. Check the NPK levels on fertiliser package. @janric bloom booster good product.
