They need to grow some more (in the greenhouse) before any of the celery is big enough. It's a bit of an experiment. I know that spring onions do very well by thus method. Not really sure how the celery will turn out to be honest, as I've never tried it before & winter is just starting here, so of a lot if sunshine for them. @gauravsh6
Celery has high feeding requirements and needs moist soil for uptake of nutrients. You can look at harvesting once stalks are 8 inches or higher. They are not frost tolerant so greenhouse is a good idea
