Based in St Helens. I grow flowers, fruit & veg at home, on my allotment & in Thailand. Prefer the exotic & unusual & to share tips, ideas, seeds etc.
I've got one of these it's at least five years old 👵🏻👴🏼
Nice 👍🏼 - is this Thalia?
This one's the same Gillian, but I have to overwinter it in the greenhouse @pottybird42
I do beleive you are right Rich, cheers 👍 @richard.spicer.7906
Think it's fuchsia boliviana 👍
Very similar, but not that frilly at the ends when the flowers open up @twin-dragons
Many thanks @jeatacake my boliviana died this year 😞
I must say that having googled it, Boliviana looks nicer. Sorry it died ☹ Maybe more tender than Thalia? @twin-dragons
It was down to those pesky vine weevil grubs I had so many . Had to use nematodes in the end @jeatacake
Ohhh those fiends! 😒 They ruined my heucheras last year 😡 @twin-dragons
That's very unusual I've never seen a Fuschia like that 😊😊
There are a few tubular ones like this. This is the only one I have, but you don't see many of them around @midnightgardener
