What a gorgeous gladiolus. Quality is better than quantity in this case. That looks a lovely hollyhock in the background. Presume we'll be getting a pic later on. Liking the new avatar. Seems to be catching. This past few days loads of people have changed their avatars😀
@angipangi Thanks Mo 👍 I decided to leave all the gladioli bulbs out last winter, so this looks like the only survivor or at least the only one to flower so far but it's not a bad one 😊 Yes I noticed that a few folk had changed their pic on here so I thought I'd get a more recent one too, taken on Wednesday at St Helens World of Glass Museum😉
First & so far only one this year to flower 😕
Beautiful @jeatacake 😊
@jaynehynesburton Thank you Jayne 😊
Lovely, think they've been seen as old fashioned like dahlias were but they are gorgeous
Wow 😆
Thanks @vec they were one of the first flowers I remember as a small boy, as they were one of my dad's favourites 😊
Beautiful 🌺📸
Thanks @yodamama @katgreen 😘
