@susieg It is Susie, especially as I did not see most of them in the "wild" as they had just about finished flowering. I just saw the seed pods & my eyes lit up, lol! 😁
Thanknyou @susieg 😀 I have several small plants from seed collected overseas, most of which I have never seen in flower, nor even know what the species is!
@susieg Very dangerous, but very exciting too. There's a guy who has been on some gardening programs who was taken hostage for many months in Colombia whilst looking for rare orchids in some remote forests there, by some anti-government rebels!
Really pleased with how well these have done considering that they are from seed harvested in Thailand.
OMG this one have different leaves than mine. It is beautiful!
Thank you @lilium There are a few variations so far in size & leaf shape, although they are all this pink colour (so far)
Fabulous! And how satisfying! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

In the spirit of the Victorian plant hunters! Fantastic adventure!
@susieg Ohhhhh how I would have loved that. Best job in the world ever! 😍👍
Me too! Must have been amazing - though and dangerous at times. 🎩🔍🌱
