Looks like an emerging Dicentra. Bleeding heart.

Ah yes that rings a bell. I thought it hadn't made it and couldn't remember which pot it was in!

I very lost hope for my lupin. The slugs did for it quite a lot last season...

The lupin is just a brown stalk hole still.
