At last the Agapanthus is making an appearance, I think I'll plant these out for next year #abouttoburst

Just got back from Brittany and they were everywhere. Love them but they don’t like my garden.

Question please; does anyone else's Agapanthus' leaves look like this? Maybe it's just the time of year? 🤔

flof1952

Yes Jeremy in fact the majority of the leaves have died off now ....quite normal 👍☺

Hey JP - it really depends on what type of agapanthus you have. There are deciduous agapanthus, and then there are evergreen agapanthus. Yours might be deciduous, but where it’s been so mild it never lost all its leaves from last year. If it’s evergreen, it might not be fully hardy (as some are tender). Either way, I don’t think you need to do anything right now and it should grow out whichever type you have.

Thank you Richard, I'm not sure which they are (nursery labelling leaves a lot to be desired) but your advice is most welcome @richard.spicer.7906
