This twisted willow is growingupwards at a tremendous rate. I dont want a huge willow tree in my front garden . Can i lop off the top to contain it? Will it bush out rather than upwards? Any ideas folks ? @justin @richard.spicer @kathy

Hello June... I don't have forst hand knowledge of this I'm afraid but I've just read online that you can be quite ruthless with a twisted willow but late autumn / winter is the best time to prune it when the roots are dormant. You can then shape it as you wish...
