Just saved this guy from a clearance section at walmart. He looks poorly and im wondering how often to fertilize and what kind of fertilizer? #easytogrow

I'm not sure about fertilizer but I put mine out in full sun and it's tripled in size. I'm in Montana so it's a houseplant most of the year but it's sure happy about summer vacation! If you decide to try that start with morning sun/part shade for a few days and let it acclimate gradually so it doesn't burn.

@kaitlynm You're welcome😊 if a stem breaks off, or even if it doesn't... Take a few clippings and stick them in their own pot. They root easily and quickly. They are a fairly short lived plant but if you get in the habit of doing this every year you'll always have a beautiful plant! The one in my feed started with 2 clippings taken in spring and I'll have to repot it soon!
