I love this tree. I think the cold got to some buds though as a few branches look like they are getting leaves but the flower buds are brown. Also can I prune this as when? Some of the branches seem to be tangled up #advice #help

You generally prune and tidy Spring flowering shrubs straight after they have flowered not sure if this is same though as not one I'm familiar with 😐
