I'm pretty sure that's a Euonymus rather than a Choisya.

@tiggrx It has white scented flowers does Euonoymus? I bought it many years ago and I was sure that it was called Choiysa

White scented flowers are right for Choisya but those leaves are not. Are you sure this is the same shrub as the white flowered one? Choisya 'Sundance' should look like this http://www.old-hall.com/product/choisya-ternata-sundance-3l/

It has Ternata in the name and new yellow foliage evergreen shrub in the description @tiggrx

I'm pretty sure the plant in your picture is Euonymus japonicus http://oregonstate.edu/dept/ldplants/eujav2.htm - perhaps the nursery accidentally switched labels.
