Wisteria sinensis 'Alba'

The best it’s ever been, was planted quite a few yeas ago now though. @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom I’ve just read the old label 🤣 it is called Alba, hence the paleness. The scent is gorgeous though. #foliage well some 🤣 we have 3 separate tit nests in the back of it in the wall

Will take a bit of time, we mulch it thickly with our rotten compost yearly which probably helps as well @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom

Then that’s what I’ll be doing from now on..👍🏼 and the fact that is smells is a bonus..

@juliesgarden I had to wait a few years for it to grow this big/long Julie but when it took off it was like a tocket🤣 have to cut it back every year now or it just takes over, not complaining though😊

How exciting! I've got a tiny Wisteria that's been growing for about three years and it's still only a foot tall! Don't think I'm going to see any flowers for a decade or two! 😀

Mine took years to grow but now it’s gone mad, I have against the wall and it is approx 23 ft long😄

Wow! That's enormous! Mine is at the corner of my shed and the original intention was to grow it up and over, but I'll probably need a new shed by the time that happens! 😁

This is approx 15 years old now and it is only in the past two years that it started to get into its own
