#prune #move #help Can I prune Rosemary or move it? Getting too big for its space

sure can prune it but try not to cut back into really old wood as it often wont grow back. Use any prunings to start new plants. You can also move it (best to combine with pruning) but the older the plant gets the less likely it is to recover from the move. Help avoid transplant shock by feeding with weak Seasol a week before and then again when it's in its new spot. I'd also recommend giving it a good water each day for a couple of dsys before and after the move - don't water log it but it help

@gardenchap that's a hard one because I'm not familiar with UK weather. Here I'd move it in Spring before it gets too hot but when it's about to get growing. I'd avoid any time that is too wet cause it might rot.
