A few #droplets on this one but rains been good to us so far not had the heavy downpours we did last night n early this morning, saves watering though 💖

Evening peeps extremely busy first day back at work, then a good couple of hours tidying up and watering garden this aft. Found the #firstbloom on my #hibiscus opened up hidden by cornflower so took that out to give this space n sun now 💖💖

@keely that’s lovely you have big flowers - I planted mine from a pot it had been in for years and it hasn’t done well- didn’t like the drought - what do you do to yours?

@sharonhayden thank you. This is first year it's flowered and I've had it 3 years so I'm no expert with them, I did keep it well watered in the drought though it is in the border and not a pot but has grown really well this year I just fed it with tomato feed once it came into bud 👍😊

Evening all. Busy day at work and heatings not worked all day so working in coats 😕 Got home before sunset and managed to get 2 bags of manure on border. So pleased #newgrowth on my £1 #hibiscus 💙💙💙

I've done the same with mine (I had to go get one for a £1 after you posted yours Keely!) as they were just twigs giving it a helping start @linfoster

Evening Keely. Looking good. I read these may not show signs of growth until May so it's doing well. I made a mental note not to throw my two new ones out if they don't show growth straight away 😊

I'd have sent you the heat from my work , it was like a sauna! Hibiscus doing well 👏 no doubt your garden will be a bit smelly tomorrow - mine did from the manure pellets tonight 🙊

Hi Liz It was poundland or pound world cant remember which one, and its got really good roots and started teeny buds, I've kept it in kitchen for now as cold in summerhouse but its taken so really chuffed 💜💜 @Hellebore

That's fantastic poundland Friday for me then. I've got one but you can never have too many plants... can you? 😂😂 who knows what other treasure I might find 😄

@Hellebore they had a few shrubs in when I went, root through them to get best branched one that's what I did you cant go wrong for £1 half wish I would have got 2 but hey ho no doubt be paying another visit to see if they get a pink one in 💞💖😆

@Hellebore just checked Liz it was Poundworld, I know pound land have some in but not this one as I go in that one every weekend but got this one in town 😁

Not to worry there's a poundworld in Peterborough too - best check them both out 😂😂
