Gave my #baytree a trim at weekend the sproggys now use it as a shelter from the rain not managed to catch a pic yet as every time I look out of window I scare them away mind you scared a few sprogs in my lifetime haha!

My standard bay trees have had a haircut today now they have finished flowering, least I can get past them on patio now 😄 #gyo lots of leaves to harvest 💚

Looks lovely Keely bought 4 of these yesterday they were £3 each do you leave your out in the winter if so do you cover it up 😊

Lovely Keely and stop making me envious Nessa @nessas So lucky with your bargains 👍😂

Oops sorry Sue but they were an excellent find 😉 @susanhumphrey333

As I was doing my other jobs, I thought need to prune mine - now you've reminded me again 😂 great job Keely 😀

@nessas I'll let Keely reply too but I keep mine out with no cover, they're tough but can be a bit slow to be going I found but keep with it (say 1/2 years)

Thank you Franca 😊 @titchyfra 👌🏻

@nessas Yes have always left them out as they are under eaves at front only thing I used to do was in bad snow just brush it off top when they were young 👍😄 sorry for late reply fell asleep as I was in garden at 5.30am for 12 hrs 😃

Just coming into bud

Mine has been flowering for ages now. Such a pretty sight 😍

Mine is in bud too🤓

I didn't know bay trees flowered! Probably because I'm always chopping mine back!
I have two of these on the front patio for all year round foliage #evergreen #standard #gyo #herb
