Apologies for clogging up feed with what's going on in summerhouse just wanted to make a note of what I've done and progress so far. This little #oxalis is looking lovely with its pretty little pale pinky white flowers at minute

@terrimclaughlin I only potted it up 8 weeks ago too. It's in part sun part shade and I've not watered it once due to odd heavy rain showers we've had 😄 must be luck 😄

Yes they do seem to prefer the shade with alittle morning sun at least here in Texas. Their so pretty and dainty I just love the and the two tone purple/burgundy (?). Have a good one!!🤗🤗😊💕

Makes you feel guilty doesn't it, but it's the only way we can do it at the moment. I'm sure most of us realise that Keely 👍👍

I've got this I find it does better in a pot as it gets a bit lost in the border. Mind you a lot of my plants get lost as the bigger thug plants grow huge in my fenland soil 😁

@angiecrazycatlady I have put it in its own little pot Angie as not sure how hardy it is so was thinking it may need to go in Summerhouse for our winter 😮 plants in my front border get swamped too decided next year with perennials I've got in just going to do zinnias, cosmos sonata and a few nicotiana from seed so we will see come next year if I remember got a few plants to move in August/September and a few newbies to go in, can't believe planning for next year already lol 😁

@Keely I know it's mad isn't it, I was in the garden with my note book planning what I'm going to move and where, my poor plants just get their roots down and then I'm digging them up again. It's a good idea to go with annuals in some beds. The oxalis is quite hardy in the ground but the one I have in a pot i put in the unheated greenhouse during winter, or you can lift the corms and dry them like you would begonias and start off again in spring 😊
