Love this one, it’s almost ultra violet 💜

@jpea you won't regret getting one Jeremy it flowers all summer long now fab plant I love the dark stems really stands out I was inspired by this one from one of show gardens on Chelsea one year 😊

@rachelbrooks it is its a good doer wouldn't be without it in my border better than all others I have there is another variety I'm tempted with too that's a paler colour almost lilac forget its name but it will come to me 😯😄

Nearly but not quite open love the dark stems on this one was inspired by one of the Chelsea flower show gardens to get this one n def no regrets 💜💜💜 so missing Chelsea this year despite the virtual one n repeats very sad year for all those exhibitors 😢

@midnightgardener @awomanonabike sorry ladies 11hr shift today apologies for late response, Chris let's hope Harrogate Autumn show is still on can arrange to meet up I go to both shows every year. 😄 I agree Jacqui hopefully some are funded but be very difficult for them I feel for all those throughout all our country that are struggling count myself a lucky one n that's what keeps me going there is always someone worse off out there 😢

Is it hardy Keely as I was disappointed with the Amistad, Black and Blue and Love and Wishes which we’re supposed to be hardy but all died . Took cuttings of Amistad and Black and Blue which are growing fine @Keely

@lovemygarden65 very hardy Marilyn its one of the nemorosas which are much hardier the others you mentioned are only half hardy perennials although my black and blue comes back every year without fail in my clay soil! I do take cuttings incase though, I've got Wendy's wish this year and took cutting for a pot to over winter but will take some more late on as that's only half hardy too

I love this one @Keely, nice choice👌🏻 I said I wasn’t buying anything, but before I headed off to rescue the OH from the kids I came away with a couple of fritillaria imperialis bulbs I can pot up😊 And stink the neighbourhood out too 😂

@gardengimp I've wanted this for ages after seeing it used alot at Chelsea so hopefully it will survive winter roots were strong enough poor plant was pot bound 😟 oh you can't go away without buying anything and bulbs can be put in pots to carry with you to new home and welcome the neighbours to your smelly garden haha 😄 was lovely to meet you Graham such a funny gent you made me laugh with your feet I would fall over and bust my nose if I tried that lol 😂😂😂 when you get moved.. cntd

@Keely haha! Yes, it’s going to make for some interesting ‘conversations’! New neighbours will be over the moon 😬😁 Whatever happens, the next garden I have I’ve decided will be mostly grown from plugs, I could get 15-20 for the price of 2 or 3. Proper Yorkshireman, tight as a gnats chuff 😄
