Hi plant lovers can you help me identify this plant?

Hi @anitagipsongreenwell you know what I didn't even think about that but I believe you might be right. We have 3 crepe myrtles in the back. The only reason I didn't think about it is because the stems are not growing up they are growing out so it looks like a little low-lying shrub. Thanks again!
