Is the spiky puff, the seed pod? I've never grown clematis. I see the beautiful purply-pink flowers and the spiky puff so I'm kinda confused. :/

Well they are growing, one side way more, but it's going to take much longer for them to look like it did before because they were quite a good sized when we bought them, but they are growing so I'm happy! Thanks for asking! I can't believe you remembered that with all the people you follow!🤷🤗💘😍

I think they are tough and that's why they are coming back but at the same time it's like why didn't they make it through our bad February!🤔 It really can be difficult to figure some plants out, but I guess we're not supposed to!😂 Thank you for being a bit in love with my garden and I enjoy chatting with you too!💘😍

Oh yes! The older a plant gets the stronger it is, so it has a much better chance of survival, at least with most plants that's true!💘😍
