Cyndi, so sorry for my typing. 🙅You won't get the pink for awhile on the willow. I am going over to the house where I got the white lilac and grab some more in case yours don't make it. @cyndi

It's suppose to get about 5'8" but...it gets quite bigger. Lots of people treat it like a big bonsai. I haven't had to guts yet! It won't be long before it is leafs out, for sure. Thanks @cyndi @ShelleySnyder

I have a standard in my back yard and in the front I have a bush, that got cut drastically every year till this year some of it died away so it was sorta a self cut, but it's still there and leafing out!! So if I were you I wouldn't be afraid to wack away at it!😉💘😍
