Let's see how this is cooked I've only eaten the leafs as salad do far 😊

The leafs are OK chopped finely in salad the stalk! Well it was OK... My partner said its like chewing a plant 😁😂 he wasn't keen. I fried the stalk for 5 minutes then added water and the leafs with lid for 10... It wasn't too bad mixed with rice and fish, maybe in was cooking it wrong 🤔 @linfoster
