The new leaves look a bit brown at the top 🤔

Mine are a bit like that. @ublaszko is treating hers so might be able to advise 😊

That's just the new growth. It starts off brownish and eventually matures to dark green 😊 @kimmy01 @bluefox23

Alison, I overdid it this time 😰 Turns out the soil was acidic enough and I should have added fertiliser instead of iron tonic. Oops! I think I need to get that ph meter after all 😅 @bluefox23

Oh whoops! @ublaszko I think I’ll leave mine for now and see how it goes over the summer. I need to remember to check ph on mine too!!

Mine is still alive, turned lighter green but it's still growing. I added fish, blood and bone since which is slightly alkaline so hopefully that will counter the effects of iron tonic. If not, I still have some ericaceous compost so I can repot it again. My poor camellias are handling my 'science' experiments well 😂😂 @kimmy01 @bluefox23
