After all the dead bits have been cut off and weeded out the weeds. Do any of you know what palm it is? It's spiky I cut myself trimming it down a couple of times.

Pigmie date palms have thorns about 2” long

Just googled @Sussanah I don't think it's that. It was more the hard dried up leaves I think that cut me.

Yeah I think it is that @juliesgarden I don't think it's frost hardy so I might have to bring it in the consevorty over winter 🤔

Help me identify this plant! It was dumped in some thorny bushes on council land so I rescued it in the middle of the night 😅🤣 dose anyone know what palm it is? I'm uploading some daytime pics of it shortly. Hopefully it isn't bug infested or something, I'm planning on reporting it in fresh compost.
