Sown today in the IKEA set 😁 I know I can just grow these outside but it will be nice having bug free salad ready in the kitchen year round when I want it in stead of going down the allotment .... I can't wait to see them growing 😁😁😁😁😁💚

I'm pretty sure once they have a crown formed at the bottom you can leave them in and they'll grow back from the crown alone. Like if you were to buy a butter head lettuce from the shops you can easily put the crown back into the soil it'll then form roots and grow back again it's pretty cool!
