My husband and I are in Hancock county in Mississippi. I love anything that blooms and I'm wanting to learn about medicinal herbs.
Help me identify this plant. It has a slight onion scent, it's not strong at all. Can I use the tops?
Where did u get it? From your yard?
They look like a wild onion maybe, have you tasted any of it?. I'd probly try it in something. Lol
@kmallette909 ive had wild onion in the yard before and this looks like it definitely is wild onion
In Wisconsin we call these ramps! And they are a foraged plant, hunted by many!
And I possibly just named it wrong... moop. Sorry. I second guessed it, and... oops! I can't change it, but you can on your end, (if you would like) and I can tell you how. Definitely in the #allium family though!
