haha!! love hostas but have so many snails in my garden they dont last two seconds! was out last nite snail picking again....

Think there was only 1 out of 6 thatgot ravaged by them last year damn nuisances lol

Mine gets eaten every year. But I would rather the snails ate the hosta than my veg !!

I have up on mine because of the snails. So many!

They cant get them if there in pots with vaseline round the outside of pot 😈

Been very lucky this year all my hostas have survived the slugs/ snails. Theres a thrush ive been watching, well at first i could hear a tapping sound and then saw it on a number of occasions smashing snail shells on slabs and eating contents 🐌

Everyone needs a thrush😊

So funny watching it bash the hell out of the snail shell till it got its prize!
