Mine went out two weeks ago and have done well, they were Autumn sown though and well climatised after a winter in mini greenhouse. I still cover them on cold nights with fleece. Keeping them in warm conditions makes them leggy and weak. If there are good big roots coming out from bottom of growth tube they are ready to go out with a bit of frost caution.
Well if they dont work out they dont work out😏il keep tomatoes in till next mnth though. There near the house which is generally warmer than up the top of garden
It's true it is lot warmer here in Essex than Yorkshire 😃 Sweet peas are supposed to be really hardy though. Mine froze a few times in the greenhouse but only one out of twenty-odd died
@katgreen my mum always used that Yorkshire expression and I try to wait until as near to May as possible for planting out too. @AnnikasGarden thanks for that info I didn't know sweet peas were so hardy, might go for it this week 😀
Fingers crossed they will be ok 😁
Ah, mine look ready to go out too but I'm a bit nervous. Was going to ask what people thought?

@AnnikasGarden there is an old Yorkshire saying "ne'er cast a clout till May is out" so I tend to leave my planting out as late as possible here
