My taps are in and running. High sugar levels for silver maples. I honestly think it is from my marshy yard. Consistently every year they run any where between 3 and 5.

@dirtgirlworld I do not sell it. I use it and give it as Christmas presents. The other tree measured at 3. I still have to test my other trees. I do not tap all my trees. I tap half and then next spring I tap the other half. This way they will only be tapped every other year.

@anges yes. I can post more photos. I hated the fire set up for boiling sap so I am trying a cajun outdoor burner. It is working fabulously right now.
