Orchids like being overcrowded. If it's flowering every year I would leave it alone. Do you fertilise it?

Phaleonopsis orchid. Don't repot these babies until they are busting out of the pot, a trick I use is to get some soluble orchid food, mix it up and freeze it in ice trays. Once a week give it a cube as a treat 😊
