@Squares managed to get this for free today. I don't know if that's because it is beyond repair. Do you think it can be revived?
It may be ok, as long as it's not overwatered, check theres some healthy green roots inside the pot, is it clear plastic pot?
The roots look green and healthy. Yes it's clear. The top flower seem fine but the rest are snapped I don't know whether it's worth removing the dead ones
Cut each flower stem back to the last two nodes it will send up another spike in a few months

trim any dead roots, i use my bonsai scissors for that job ;)
buy some bonsai food :)
