Thanks Val, I put soil improver on the whole bed in Autumn and then again in Spring which I think has helped. 🙂 @valjones-hughes

It was a joke but also serious too! I really don't have much more space, the borders can't be widened and have already had to move stuff as didn't allow for how big some of the ferns have become this year 😀😀. I have a plan to revamp front garden next year but that's small, north facing and in shade most of the day - so that will probably be fine for the heucheras! @rachelbrooks

I have a few pots but we're away quite a bit so reduced the pots when we redid the garden so mum wouldn't have to water so often! @rachelbrooks
