I've sent off a bunch of cuttings from this plant which started out with about 5 stems but you would never tell because it's still gigantic. Just ordered about six other types of tradescantia to add to this pot eeeeee!

They’re poisonous to dogs and kids. Be careful. My little dog gets an awful rash if she touches the sap. Eating it can be worse. Wandering Jew is a weed here. Coz it grows too well.

@Sussanah I can imagine! I'm surprised it's not a weed here, maybe in warmer climates. I don't have any critters now but that's good to know!

@cyndi I would love to hang it but unfortunately there's concrete right above my ceiling so I'm not able to drill holes! I use something like 3M hooks but they barely hold any weight :( Ive had about 5 hanging baskets fall on me. I'm stubborn 😒

@cyndi I love that diy one! And as much as I'd like to think I'm crafty at woodworking (or whatever you'd call it!) I don't have any experience, only because I don't have the resources nor the space to make all these ideas I have in my head.

@cyndi I do have a Shepard's hook in my balcony but it's too cold right now to put anything out there. My apartment is just about 400 Sq ft and with my plants I don't have enough room to put one inside. I always wanted to make my apt look like a jungle but without the ability to hang anything it's become a bit difficult :(

@cyndi I think I'm gonna be moving our of my place at the end of March a. because the rent is too damn high in my hood and b. I'm trying to get into a horticulture program in the city and would love a larger living space for more plants haha
