Yes, April. I learned the hard way on these years ago.... Sap gave me blisters and even got it in my eye once. I flushed it for about 15 minutes before the burning slowed down. Why must I learn the hard way? 🤔 @alovealoe

Shelley, yes, they have a white milky sap inside that is latex. It is highly toxic to humans and animals and an irritant to eyes and skin. @ShelleySnyder
