Tropaeolum majus

Nasturtium orchid flame seeds sewn using #recycle #toiletpapertubes as pots gives nice long roots. The flower changes colour as it ages.

I start my carrots and parsnips like this and plant the whole tube it rots down easily. Could I suggest you add another label I wrote on my tubes once and the name was unreadable by planting time, I was comparing leaves closely. 😂

@chapebarn Apparently leeks are good this way as well although I'm told you should use kitchen roll tubes insted. That could have had intresting tesults. I'm not worried about the label at the moment as it's in but I but I do have other labels ready for when I add more and other seeds to the tray.
