Is one on left a silver beet?

Your green lettuce looks like it’s growing a head / begin to seed. So you best take the top off soon or it will go to seed / lose vigour.

Yes could very well be silver beet. I got a mixed pack of 30 seedlings from local community garden and we haven't been sure on that. I will rip it diligently, as there is another struggling in there. :)
