I planted this raspberry plant 2 years ago. It has now gone a bit wild... Do I need to take some of the canes out? They grow much higher than this and then start bowing down.
They need supporting on canes.. After they have fruited they can be cut back, they will fruit next year on this year's new growth so don't cut the new growth just the canes that have borne fruit!
I have so many canes.. I already cut them last year but loads have shot up this year, many next to each other. I thought they had to be 6 inches apart?
