My winter project has just arrived. 200 mixed colour and mixed types of echium. I like to have a winter project last year was my canadian blue spruff saplings which are now doing really well out in the garden. These seeds should not flower for 2 years but i liked the look of them. In the instructions it says to wash the compost with boiling water let it dry and then sow seeds. Not heard of that before. Anyone else heard of this
I was given a small plant of this late last summer. Managed to over winter it in a pot wrapped in fleece. It flowered earlier this year 🌺. Good luck with your seeds 👍
I saw these on a trip to the Eden Project a few years back. Loved them, and bought a little young plant, but sadly it didn't survive. To be fair, it was one of the harshest winters we've had so I'm tempted to try again. Think it might be ok as I live in the south east. Good luck yours!

I think I was lucky as we had a mild winter. Now planted in the garden not sure if it will going!
Keep going! 😎
Mulch it well before the winter and keep your fingers crossed
