It looks so funky 😂 I've been covering the plant with trash bags and plastic bags cuz the vine is so long to keep the frost away its twirled all over my front porch lol remember when I told y'all I didnt think I'd be able to contain the plant? Well I was right it's just everywhere but loaded with the horned melons

Had to move them under the big leaves of the squash plant so the sun didnt kill them cuz like is said before its sooo hot here. I have to carry my dogs down the stairs cuz the stairs are burning hot.

I have the worst of luck sometimes. I had originally planned on repotting the kiwanis this weekend but I woke up this morning and something dumped them down the stairs and the only survivors out of 12 that werent broken or dried up to no return, were 5. I didnt even have enough soil for them so I had to go find a spot really quick and dig up some dirt which in return is fluff mud particles but I hope it works because I have nothing else to offer 😭😭
Oh no, good luck with these 5 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀☺
@anges thank you 😇 I'm really trying here
You deserve to succeed then! ☺👌👍🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱
Thx @cyndi

First little leaf 😍🤗 I dont really have a good plan for these vines, and I dont really have any soil either but maybe I'll find some good dirt and dig some up and transplant these by the end of the week into their own little pot 😂 oof I should have thought this through. You would think I'd have this stuff planned but I dont I just got way to excited to grow them

Trying something new I've never done before just like the plum and peach. I'm trying to grow the horned melon hopefully it will work I've planted 12. Boyfriend said no because of the gourd I had and how it took over but I'm sure I can detain the healthy ones that grow.... hopefully
I've also got some in a napkin in the baggie
This plant took me an hour to move. The vine itself is ridden with clear spikeys, almost like fiberglass, you dont see it often but you feel it and it itches. The vine is very crispy, like an extra, extra crispy cucumber vine. I was so scared I'd move the wrong way and break a vine piece, it was tricky considering it was wrapped around the porch and its little grabber pieces were wrapped around my mint plants but I finally got this bad boy inside so the frost cant harm it.
