Good morning folks! This handsome Euphorbia originated from dry, rocky slopes in the Mediterranean. As such, it’s a perfect choice for a dry, sunny location. The beautiful upright stems are biennial, producing foliage in the first year and stunning chartreuse flowers in the second. It’s definitely going to find a spot in my new garden! 😊
Gorgeous plant! Love Euphorbias 💚💚💚
Morning my friend 😙, such an easy plant but such a performer , great choice 👏👏👍😍
Morning Mike, love them. 💚💚
Great plant, fab photo!
Good morning Mike great picture🤗
Beautiful!!! 😍😵
👌📸👌
Lovely photo - I have a few of these but have neglected them and they have gone very leggy, only yesterday made a conscious effort to sort them out, any suggestions Mike? Should I be cutting them back and when is the best time to do this?
@allium75 Hi Clare. Let them flower first then once the flowers have faded, cut those stems down to the base or where there is new growth showing. Also if there are any dead, woody stems, cut them down to the base too. BEWARE the milky sap when you cut the stems which can be a skin irritant. Best pop some gardening gloves on first. 😊

Good morning folks! A new addition to the new garden. This beautiful Euphorbia, Euphorbia characias subsp ‘wulfenii’. It’s perfect for a sunny, well drained border. They’re stunning plants, but beware the milky, sap which can be a skin irritant and is poisonous ☠️😊
Good morning Mike. That is looking stunning, basking in the sun ☀️
Morning Mike, lovely selection, wish I had more than just 1 sunny border 👍👍
Morning Mike, my favourite variety of euphorbia. They seed themselves all over my garden but always seem to look appropriate wherever they land.
Fabulous Mike always do mine with my gloves on remember you saying a few years ago now ☺️
