Viburnum opulus. Love the white pom-pom flowers. Followed in autumn by beautiful translucent, red berries.

I love Snowball Bushes but you are wrong about the berries. This form's flowers are entirely sterile and form no fruit. You only get berries on it's wild ancestor (Guelder Rose) which has a mix of fertile and sterile flowers.
